IMIM Participation Fees

The IMIM participation fees cover all mandatory mobility modules at the different partner universities, granting access to university facilities, such as libraries, information and communication technology infrastructure, labs and working spaces. The fees include basic insurance coverage that meets Erasmus+ EMJM requirements. However, the participation costs do generally not cover expenses for travelling and accommodation, even though it is mandatory to attend all IMIM-specific events at the different locations (see Study Programme). 

The IMIM Participation Fees are: 

• EUR 9,000 year for non-EEA nationals 

• EUR 4,500 per year for EEA nationals 

IMIM participation fees are to be paid per year to the central IMIM coordination institution. If you receive an EMJM scholarship, the participation fees are fully covered, and you will not need to pay them separately.
