The application for the 2025 academic year is now closed. If you have applied for the programme, the next steps are as follows:

• After the Admissions Board and Admissions Office have reviewed your application, we will notify you of their decision in the second half of February.

• If you are considered a strong candidate for the programme, you will be invited for an interview in late February or early March.

• Our goal is to inform you by early April whether you have been accepted into the master’s programme and by May if you have been awarded a scholarship.

The International Master in Innovative Medicine (IMIM) is a two-year MSc program focused on translational biomedical research, aiming to train the next generation of leading scientists, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Jointly organized by four top universities (the University of Groningen, Heidelberg University, the University of Tartu, and Uppsala University), it equips students with the skills and knowledge to excel across disciplines, sectors, and countries, with access to extensive academic and industry networks.
